Victoria 3: The Great Wave lands April 28. Paradox’s next expansion for their grand strategy/simulation hybrid focuses on naval power, diplomacy, and Japan content. If you’ve been sitting on Victoria 3 waiting for a good reason to commit, this is it. The Volume 3 bundle is listed on Steam, so check whether picking up the full package makes more sense for your playstyle than buying the DLC standalone.

Broken Arrow’s Baltic Battalion DLC is out now. Released March 30, this one adds a U.S. faction specialisation built around European-style infantry formations and weaponry. It’s a tactical upgrade rather than a full content drop, so it’s best suited to players who already know the game and want more variety in their loadouts.
